According to a recent study, only 12% of the school children continue their study till 10th standard and about only 10% of the people elgible to take admission in universities get themselves enrolled in one of those 18600 colleges and 360 universities. It has been said that introduction of distance learning program will bring a revolution in the academic scenario of India.
